Tom has over 40 years of wealth and trust management experience. Prior to joining Palisade, he was President of BNC National Bank, MN region and head of the Wealth Management division for three regions (MN, ND and AZ). Before BNC, Tom was Managing Director of U.S. Trust Company responsible for financial, risk management, compliance, and fiduciary matters for the Minnesota offices. From 1984 to 2001, he was President and a Director of Resource Trust Company and a Director of their Eastcliff Mutual Funds. For nearly 20 years prior, Tom was the Senior Vice President at Marquette Bank responsible for the trust and retail divisions, Marquette Capital Management, and Marquette Insurance Agency. During his tenure at Marquette, he also managed the marketing department and the investment departments, servicing the needs of over 400 institutional clients. Tom holds a J.D. and B.S. from the University of North Dakota.
