Privacy Policy

Palisade Asset Management, LLC (Palisade) is committed to protecting the privacy of nonpublic personal information. In the process of administering clients’ portfolios, Palisade collects private personal information from our clients, including addresses, telephone and social security numbers, date of birth, certain financial data, and investment objectives. Palisade receives this information on documents, through conversations, and in correspondence. Palisade also requests from our clients the information necessary to manage their portfolios, such as holdings and transaction history, custodian account number and balance, and cost bases.

Palisade does not sell or share personal information with anyone. Palisade does not disclose confidential personal information about our clients (or former clients), except as requested by the client or as required by law. Palisade restricts access to client information to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to the client. These employees are required to safeguard such information. Palisade maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect nonpublic personal information.

Occasionally, Palisade may provide personally identifiable information to companies that provide services or products that assist us in managing accounts. If this occurs, Palisade will insist that the third party keep such information confidential, and request and review a copy of their privacy policy.

Other financial professionals, such as broker-dealers or banks, may also service client accounts.  We strongly suggest review of all applicable privacy policies for a complete understanding of how personal financial information is treated.
